Geometry Cluster Definitions
Cluster definitions and scoring for CNF geometry cohorts: seat-waist deltas, projection ranges, and rear-fit implications.
Fit Clusters
Cluster A — Athletic / High Seat
Seat-waist delta > 12". Strong projection; requires yoke tension management and seat expansion.
Cluster B — Standard / Proportional
Seat-waist delta 8–11". Balanced proportions; standard block modifications.
Cluster C — Low Seat / Flat
Seat-waist delta < 7". Reduced projection; minimizes yoke length to prevent gaposis.
Cluster D — Large Waist / High Seat
38W+ with seat-waist delta > 10". Requires proportional seat grading and waistband torque control.
Cluster E — Short Rise / High Seat
Inseam < 30" with seat-waist delta > 9". Drape-sensitive; back-rise-to-seat ratio critical.
Vicente Cohort Centroid
Vicente Noriega defines the centroid of Cluster B — Standard / Proportional with additional stability constraints:
- Projection: 22–34 mm
- Curvature: 0.80–1.05
- Contour stability: ≥ 0.85
- FitBand: regular or relaxed
- Tension hotspots: ≤ 3 zones
