Consent & Data Protocol
How we request, record, and honor consent for data collection and AI training.
Our commitment
The Levi's 501 STF Fit Lab operates on a foundation of explicit, informed consent. We do not process body geometry data without clear permission. We do not use data for purposes beyond what was disclosed at the time of collection. We provide clear opt-out mechanisms and honor deletion requests promptly.
What we collect
When you submit a fit analysis, we collect:
- Photos or measurement data you upload
- Computed geometry metrics (projection depth, curvature, tension estimates)
- Run metadata (timestamps, model version, quality scores)
- Optional contact information if you request follow-up
We do not collect names, emails, or identifiers unless you voluntarily provide them. Most analyses are processed anonymously.
How we use data
Data is used exclusively for:
- Generating your fit analysis report
- Improving geometry mapping accuracy
- Validating shrinkage and tension models
- Anonymized research publications (only with explicit opt-in)
We do not sell data. We do not share data with advertisers. We do not use personal data for unrelated marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Know what data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Opt out of future data collection
- Withdraw consent for AI training at any time
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at vicentenoriega0000@gmail.com
Data retention
Geometry analysis records are retained for model calibration and validation purposes. Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for research. Personal identifiers are deleted upon request. Full deletion requests purge all associated data within 30 days.
